In my humble opinion, such petition shouldn't be tied to _obligatory_
donation (no matter the amount). F.e. I'm not using Paypal - and I don't
know, if I'll be ever be using that service (perhaps, if I need to) - so,
currently there's no technical possibility for me to sign the petition.

Needless to say, the principle "if you want to sign the petition, you must
pay" seems senseless to me.
