oh excellent,

$ find /usr/src -name getdate.y                                                                
/usr/src/bin/date/getdate.y
/usr/src/gnu/dist/cvs/lib/getdate.y
/usr/src/usr.sbin/eeprom/getdate.y

saves me from suggesting duplicating a copy outside of gnu. :)
