Hello folks.  I recently had a need to make the ipmi(4) code work on
NetBSD-3.x as part of my day job.  Since ipmi(4) is a production server
kind of thing, I tought folks might appreciate having the ability to use
the ipmi(4) services in conjunction with the ipmi-tools package to monitor
their NetBSD-3 servers.
	The patches in this report compile and run, but are otherwise not
heavily tested.  I hope to have some tests done in the next week or two.
In the mean time, if anyone uses these, i'd be interested to hear about it.
