Please tell us what you want from readers like me who had no
idea that something is wrong in the netbsd project.

I care a great deal about the future of netbsd, and found your
original post to be interresting and brave.

I care about ideas, visions, protests, debate, openness, solutions and facts.

But I really don't care about endless threads of name-calling
that does nothing good for the project. 

Please suggest a way to bring more democracy, and please give
suggestions on how to repair the damage that you tell us has been
done.
