Make sure you have the correct master.cf. It often changes between
versions of Postfix, and i've seen errors like that when i had the
previous version's master.cf. In /usr/share/examples/postfix or
/usr/pkg/share/examples/postfix there's a script call "post-install"
that's designed to help manage these files after a Postfix upgrade.
