That driver is already a part of GENERIC:
skc* at pci? dev ? function ? # SysKonnect SK9821 Gigabit Ethernet
sk* at skc? # SysKonnect SK9821 Gigabit Ethernet
Could D-link have changed the hardware? How does one look up the product
code (0x4b01) that dmesg is reporting?
