Yes.  Look at it this way: when you run 'lintpkgsrc -i', it's building a
list of packages to rebuild.  Running 'make update' for one package will
probably rebuild several packages, including ones that are on the
originally-generated list. But if you don't update the list, you'll
rebuild them.
