Maybe this is the wrong place to ask, but I'll ask anyway: the manpage 
of csup says that the necessary files to use are in 
/usr/local/etc/cvsup. Since I don't have this directory, can I assume it 
is created when csup is run for the first time? I also don't have any 
supfiles yet. Where do those come from?
