Hi,

while updating netbsd-2 and netbsd-3 sources from anoncvs.netbsd.org
using cvs I always see the following warning message:

cvs update: warning: cannot open /cvsroot/CVSROOT/val-tags read/write: Permission denied

In case I shouldn't ignore this, where should such problems be reported
to?
