Just thinking aloud:

   If someone were to provide an easy "click here to try NetBSD" thingy for 
all those hordes of Windows users it wouldn't hurt.  You know, just click 
a desktop icon that launches VS with an image that has X and stuff (KDE?) 
preinstalled...

   Perhaps with an "upgrade path" to Xen 3, too.  Even if it would involve 
some work like manually resizing partitions and pointing an installer in 
the right direction, it could at least take care of copying the files 
over.

   Well, it's an idea.  If anyone is sufficiently bored.  Me?  No, I don't 
run Windows.  :-)
