Use the script /usr/src/build.sh:

./build.sh -T /tmp/tools -O /tmp/obj -D /tmp/dest -R /tmp/rel \
   -m i386 tools distribution sets release

After that you have the complete release rebuild. The release is in /tmp/rel.
