I too am observing this but I [too] haven't had time to see what the problem
is.  I've only tried it on 3.0, what are you running?  I tried running a
pkgsrc net-snmp package that I'm running on 2.x sparc64, but it had a lib
error.

Anyone have it running on sparc64?
