Anyone have any luck running dovecot-1.0.beta3 using plain passwords,
as in /etc/passwd?

The config file (/etc/dovecot.conf) has changed and now I can not log
in, can't even start dovecot.

The config file looks easy enough but I guess I'm missing something,
when I try and start dovecot I get;

"Error: Error in configuration file /etc/dovecot.conf line 728:
Unknown section type"

Line 728 is;
 userdb passwd {
  }

below that I have;
# passwd-like file with specified location
  userdb passwd-file {
    # Path for passwd-file
    args =3D /etc/passwd
  }
