Today I took both curses and ncurses from CVS - yes, now it works OK.
Something has been improved.

BTW: forcing uninstallation of older ncurses, I didn't know, that
/var/db/pkg/ncurses/REQUIREDBY file will be deleted. Does there exist any
simple way to recreate it's contents properly?
