There are servers where compiled packages are available,
per platform. You can download from there or even install
from there :)
I guess you burned the NetBSD i386 CD. You have to grab
the sources too. They can be useful. You can grab them using
CVS or various methods, but the easiest is to download the
tarball archives. If you are using NetBSD 3.0 you can find
the sources there :
ftp://ftp.fr.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-3.0/source/sets
(this is the french repository)
In CD form :
ftp://ftp.fr.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/iso/3.0/sourcecd-3.0.iso
You can create your packages CD by creating, for example, a DVD
by burning the packages files for i386 platform there :
ftp://ftp.fr.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/pkgsrc-2005Q3/NetBSD-2.0/i386
Those have been compiled for NetBSD 2 and should work fine for
most with NetBSD 3.
Do you know how to install the /usr/pkgsrc directory so you
can build from sources if required ? :)
Packages for NetBSD 3 will find their place in the FTP soon
I hope.
I do remind you, also, that you have a french regional-list
if you need help in french :

Always nice to learn new words :)
Welcome to NetBSD.
