I don't have a list such as the one you are looking for but I do 
have a PC Card Billionton Fax Modem that *works* on NetBSD 2.x but
*does not* work on 3.x (ref. kern/30258). It is supposed to be something
to do with the newer cbb code <shrug>. (see dmesg attached)

I have been asking on the port-i386 list if anyone else knows/cares about
this issue, and would love to know if it is across-the-board (on 3.x) or 
restricted to certain cards/chips. 

In summary, as far as I know, PCMCIA modems don't work on -current/netbsd-3.
