Looking at the FreeBSD and Linux drivers, I made a patch that tries to fix
the clcs initialization issues. It made my sound card sound as expected
(non-metallic) most of the time.

Could some clcs users please try it, especially if you have initialization
issues ? If not, it shouldn't break anything, as it does the same thing as
Linux and FreeBSD.
