a couple of questions..
1) whenever will work (i hope very soon) will be eventually backported
to 3.x branches
or will be future 4.x ?
Is compat_linux for amd64 a new, relevant, feature ?
2) as Space Case was asking is it possible to run the normal i386 port
on and amd64 ?
It will be useful in case of jdk, flash, openoffice and so on..
There are plenty of packages that ask for netbsd-386 ..
