It's not new, I think. It's a race condition which is just not very likely to
happen. Did you use something like atactl or smartmontools, or burning
a CD (i.e. something that would have sent a ATAIOCCOMMAND ioctl) when this
happened ?
I think I know how to fix it but I don't have time to look at this
right now. Please send-pr, and I'll try to have a look on monday.
