For the NetBSD live CD's I have made I wanted to use a native CD boot
that would handle the large kernels (using El-torito no emulation boot),
so I patched the boot code to create a bootxx_cd9660, and a patched
secondary loader boot (with a working ls command enabled for iso9660).
 I was getting close to turning in the changes, but now wonder if this is
usefull.
What is cdboot?
