hello,
i'm trying to install netbsd 2.0.2 on Compaq Proliant DL580
( 2 Intel CPU , 700/100 MHZ , not the G2 / G3 )
although os detects the CSA5300 ,
it doesn't find any logical drives ,
setup say no disk availiable,
kernel is the official install kernel (using official i386 iso)

tried to change some settings to configuration of DL580
like changing the OS type to w2k,nt4,linux,ms-dos etc
no luck ,

freebsd does installs fine ,
but then freebsd has this controller as supported ,
netbsd doesn't, although detects and configures it,

first thought was to make a custom boot cd with
all options for kernel included but after reading
INSTALL kernels conf it seems it has everything needed
already compiled in ,

did anyone had any experience with that kind of hardware ?
