I modify the /usr/pkg/share/xsession/icewm.desktop file like this:

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=3DUTF-8
Name=3DIceWM
Exec=3D/usr/pkg/bin/rox -p=3Ddesktop & /usr/pkg/bin/icewm
Type=3DApplication

And work fine.
