Hi

With cvs you can do it, ie:

#  Get NetBSD-current source from ~May 17th 2005 as /usr/src:

     % su=20
     # mkdir /usr/cvs
     # chown $USER /usr/cvs
     # ln -s cvs/src /usr/src
     # exit
     % cd /usr/cvs
     % env CVS_RSH=3Dssh cvs -d anoncvs@anoncvs.netbsd.org:/cvsroot co
-D 20050517 src
