This evening I attempted to update my pkgsrc by running 'cvs -q up - 
dPA' in my /usr/pkgsrc directory; it failed with the following message:
cannot create_adm_p /tmp/xvs-serv12434/archivers
Permission denied

A quick google showed that this is due to a missing 'Emptydir' under  
the CVSROOT directory.  In my case CVSROOT is set to  
'anoncvs@anoncvs.NetBSD.org:/cvsroot'.  Is cvs messed up at  
NetBSD.org or is the problem on my end?
