I suspect the keys "work" just fine - you're just using csh, and you're
used to using tcsh. tcsh is not included in the base netbsd
distribution - install it from pkgsrc, or a binary pkg.

There are (to my knowledge) no binary pkg isos available, but you can
download binary packages at ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages
