NetBSD doesn't have a driver for the 3ware "Apache" 9000
controllers. A port of the FreeBSD twa(4) driver could be useful.
The FreeBSD driver twa(4) driver was recently rewritten
(to support the revision 9.2 firmware, etc); if anyone
was doing a port of the driver I heavily recommend using that one.

NetBSD has a twe(4) driver for the 3ware "Escalade" 5000/6000/7000/8000
controllers.
