Hello,

I've done a binary upgrade from some 1.6xx to 2.0-Release.
Since then according to tcpdump an outbound ping via userland ppp
only leaves after some 30 seconds or so. The answer comes back
immediately thereafter.
An nslookup always times out.
Spam from scanners from the internet still arrive.

I have disabled INET6 in the kernel as well as in userland ppp.
But I guess that INET6 is still around in some libraries that ppp
relies on.
How can I disable INET6 in the core libraries?
