I file them away, and don't look at them as much as I should.
Because I don't find them all that useful, I don't have mail set up on
all machines even.  (I have ~50 machines at work, and ~5 personal that
I should pay attention to at least somewhat.)

My view is that there should be some easy way to set the daily mail to
only contain errors/changes/etc, or perhaps that should be the
default.  This might involve splitting the mail into "status" and
"notices", somewhat akin to syslog priorities.  I have audit-packages
set up from cron so I only get output if it is non-null.
