1.) You want the "-P" optiont and not "-p".
2.) The tag is called "netbsd-2-0-1-RELEASE".
3.) NetBSD 2.0.1 release is already outdated and contains security
    vulnerabilities. NetBSD 2.0.2 will be released very soon.

"cvs checkout -rnetbsd-2-0 -P src" will give you that.
