Hi all,

I am trying to install Courier-Imap, MySQL and Postfix for virtual domains. I am using the following howtos:

The problem is, there is no "authmysqlrc" file for Courier-Imap :(

It would appear from one of the howtos that this is part of /usr/pkgsrc/mail/courier-authmysql - but this port no longer exists :(   Where am I going wrong?
