I am taking a Cisco QoS Boot Camp course, and the topic of the ECN bits
arose.

I'm curious if NetBSD programs (if any) take advantage of ECN.

Given, the far end apps has to also support the ECN bits, and we hope
nothing remaps them along the way, but regardless.

If anyone has a quick answer, I'm just curious.
