There is a package for asterisk (and the zaptel drivers, as they stand 
today) in pkgsrc-wip;  I'm working on cleaning it up so I can  import it 
into the main pkgsrc tree, but Real Life keeps interfering.  I'm hoping 
to have it ready within two weeks or so.  (maybe sooner)
