Is there available a description of the different pkgsrc branches, and
how they are accessed by cvs?

I see in /usr/src/doc a listing of release branches for the source
tree per se, but how does one, for example, point their cvs at a
particular pkgsrc branch, such as 2004Q4?

I suspect I am _missing something_ that's obvious to everyone else! <g>
