What do you all think of using Xen to host both a KDE desktop NetBSD
and an administrative NetBSD (firewall, DNS, httpd, kdc, dhcpd)?
Would I be better off with two separate computers, one for the desktop
and another for the administrative stuff?

I'm trying to reduce the clutter and noise in my very small home
office.  It would help a lot if I could get rid of one computer.
This Xen idea would let me do that.
