Subject: Re: 2.0 install problems on Proliant1600

I just did an install onto a Proliant 1600 dual P2-400.
I had no issues with installing with sysinst, and here is my dmesg with
GENERIC.MP kernel.
Any hardware in my machine is evident in the dmesg output. I have an
Array Controller in mine, no issues. No APIC either, this machine is
pre-apic days (thankfully, what a pain in the posterior).
Maybe you have corrupt install media?
Enjoy!
