This seems like a bug; setting rcvar to named9 seems like it should
alter which flags variable gets used as well.
But, if this is deemed to match the docs, perhaps the bug is that the
named9 script should set name=named9 and then command to
/usr/pkg/sbin/named, so that it acts like the 'named9' service in all
regards.
