I'm unable to update pkgsrc from anoncvs via cvs over ssh.  When I try, 
I get connection timeout errors.

A tcptraceroute I wrote shows that the machine is up, but that it's 
blocking connections to port 22.  Is this intentional?  I'd very much 
regret losing the opportunity to fetch updates securely.
