I have digging in the Mozilla bugs database and it appears that it is a 
general problem with Mozilla (I have looked in the past and I didn't 
find it)

The are several bugs from years ago that haven't been fixed.

It is marked as critical, but it doesn't block any release.

What does a critical bug mean for the Mozilla team? There are several 
bugs related to bookmars that haven't been fixed for several years.
