After adding in some disks entries (thanks for the config file, that was a good
sanity check) the disks show up under that mib, but snmpdf still
doesn't work, and they don't show up under 'snmpwalk host' at all, bit of a 
head scratcher..

But screw it, the ucd-mib has percentage use (which stops /usr drowning out all
the other partitions) so I'll go for that.

Still, nice to know they're there - I managed to redo with cricket in 24 hours
what I spent a week doing by hand with rrdtool over most of last fortnight, it's
really easy to work with.
Once I got those disk MIBs working, it was a 30 second job to add my netbsd box
to the existing config.
