None.
I suggest you configure fvwm with some nice menus to start the usual
programs from and leave it at that.
The xftree program from XFCE is nice for file manipulations and looks
a lot like the Macintosh Finder.

I would like to plug Sylpheed. It's a very fast and lightweight
GTK-based client with IMAP and POP support. It's a lot like I remember
Eudora from way back.
