This afternoon while I was installing some of gtk2+'s dependencies, my PATH,
for no apparent reason, changed to just
/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/pkg/bin:/usr/local/bin. I keep changing it back, and it
only stays the way I put it for a few minutes each time. I use 2.0RC5 and
pdksh 5.2.14. I didn't notice anything wrong until I tried to halt, and got
told ksh couldn't find it. Same thing with fsck and the like. Can anybody
provide me a reason for what my machine is doing and what I can do to fix
it?
