I notice some previous thread which describes quite a bit my problem
but don't solve it :) I have VPN over WiFi (with PoPToP and MPPE - same
as mrEriksson.net doc).

I can upload (aka from laptop to VPN server) much quicker than downloading...

I used a 13Mo file.
I upload it @1.9Mbps (ACKs or such are downloaded @75Kbps).
I download it @185Kbps (ACKs or such are uploaded @4.5Kbps).

How can one explain those transfer rates difference ?
Is it possible to get 2Mbps in downloading too ?
