lukemftp is the default ftp client in NetBSD.  You can use it like 
'wget'.  No, it doesn't strip the html but a simple text editor can do 
that... The cut/paste from the web-browser failed because of many 
reasons, at least partly to do with <tabs> being expanded to spaces.
