I've not yet heard of any OS != PalmOS running on PalmOne's hardware.
Even not on Tungstens, which are powerful enough for a unix-like OS.

My closest hint would be to browse http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/ and
look for systems that match. Maybe you're lucky with some of these
hpc* machines.
