I'm not sure.    Maybe not yet, though you can make your own easily
enough (if you have a CD writer of course).

You don't need it though, you can install over the net (FTP files
as they're required) or you could install 1.6.2 using its ISO
image, and then upgrade to 2.0 (2.0 RC1 currently).

An ISO image of 2.0 will almost certainly appear very soon after
2.0 is finally released, which should be getting fairly close now
I'd expect - assuming no problems are found.
