The pkgsrc provided sendmail packages need to provide rc.d scripts for
sendmail and smmsp.

I haven't tried it but I wonder what would happen when having
an outdated rc.d/sendmail script in /etc/rc.d and also using
rc_rcorder_flags to define pkgsrc rc.d directory that contains the newer
rc.d/sendmail and rc.d/smmsp scripts.

I carbon-copied this to tech-pkg and set reply-to to tech-pkg.
