Don't know about Live CD but you can get NetBSD -release-2.0 installation boot 
CD from http://ianzag.megasignal.com/ftp/pub/NetBSD/iso/release-2-0
 ATM there's only i386 target. I built this CD for myself and installed NetBSD 
on several notebooks and my workstation just fine.
