I've put a few things into my local copy of the pkgsrc tree which I
find useful, such as smartmontools, modifications to ups-nut and I'm
currently working on adding rt3-pgsql ...

My question is, how do I go about having these added to the general
pkgsrc tree so that everyone can use them? Would be a shame if they went
to waste, or worse, someone else had to do the same work I've already
done ...
