thanks to all who replied... i was trying to find the information in the 
documentation (mainly in netbsd guide), i couldn't find anything useful 
for this case - netbsd guide uses partitioning with both "c" and "d" 
partitions having exactly the same begin, end, ... so it confused me a 
little bit...

now i have it done so that "d" is from 0s to $ (end of drive) and "c" is 
from 63s to $ (end of drive and partition d)...
