Just change
AUXLIBS=-L/usr/local/lib/mysql/ -lmysqlclient -lz -lm
to
AUXLIBS=-L/usr/local/lib/mysql/ -Wl,-R/usr/local/lib/mysql -lmysqlclient -lz -lm
